Northwest Heights neighborhood is located in Northwest Portland in the Tualatin River watershed. The neighborhood is adjacent to the eight square mile Forest Park to the east. Situated in the Tualatin Mountains (also known as the West Hills), the neighborhood is characterized by its steep terrain and sweeping vistas. Northwest Heights is a part of the Neighbors West/Northwest Coalition.
