Rose City Park neighborhood is located in Northeast Portland in the Willamette River and Columbia Slough watersheds. The neighborhood falls along the Alameda Ridge and is bounded to the south by the I-84 freeway. Rose City Park was platted in 1907, the same year that Portland hosted its first Rose Festival. Notable features include the eponymous Rose City Park, Normandale Park, and Rose City Park Golf Course and Rose City Park Cemetery which are directly adjacent to the neighborhood. Rose City Park is a part of the Central Northeast Neighborhoods Coalition.
