Sylvan-Highlands neighborhood is located in Southwest Portland in the Willamette River and Fanno Creek watersheds. Situated in the Tualatin Mountains (also known as the West Hills), it is known for its rugged, hilly terrain. The Portland Children’s Museum, the Oregon Zoo and part of Washington Park are all located in the neighborhood.Sylvan-Highlands is a part of the Neighbors West/Northwest Coalition.
