Woodlawn neighborhood is located in Northeast Portland in the Columbia Slough watershed. It is a mostly residential neighborhood, with two city parks– Woodlawn Park and Holman Park. The neighborhood is quite diverse according to the U.S. Census Bureau, and it has a large African American population compared to the city average. Woodlawn is a part of the Northeast Coalition of Neighbors.
