Woodstock neighborhood is located in Southeast Portland in the Willamette River Watershed. According to the City of Portland, Woodstock is one of the City’s oldest neighborhoods, platted in 1889. The neighborhood is mostly residential with a laid back feel, with one popular retail district around the Woodstock Village Center on Woodstock Blvd. between 39th and 52nd Avenues. The neighborhood has one park, the eponymous named Woodstock Park, located in the center of the neighborhood. Woodstock is a part of the Southeast Uplift Neighborhood Program Coalition.
