Cathedral Park neighborhood is located in outer North Portland in the Willamette River watershed. The Willamette River makes up its eastern border. The neighborhood is named after Cathedral Park, beneath the St. Johns Bridge, who’s arches are said resemble those of a Gothic cathedral. Cathedral Parks is a part of the North Portland Neighborhood Services Coalition.
