Concordia neighborhood is located in Northeast Portland in the Columbia Slough watershed. It is named after Concordia University, a Lutheran college that has been in the neighborhood since the early 20th century. The neighborhood has a thriving retail and commercial area in the Alberta Arts district along NE Alberta Ave, and is home to the historic Kennedy School hotel and restaurant complex. Concordia is a part of the Northeast Coalition of Neighbors.
