Creston-Kenilworth neighborhood is located in Southeast Portland in the Willamette River watershed. It is one of Portland’s older neighborhoods, platted in 1889, and still has some streetcar-era buildings and infrastructure existing on commercial corridors like SE Gladstone St., which runs through the heart of the neighborhood. It has two parks: Creston Park and Kenilworth Park. Creston-Kenilworth is a part of the Southeast Uplift Neighborhood Program Coalition.
