Cully neighborhood is in Northeast Portland in the Columbia Slough Watershed. The Portland Airport runs along its norther border. The neighborhood is Portland’s largest in terms of land area as well as population. Cully is also one of the most diverse neighborhoods in Portland, according to the 2010 U.S. Census. The majority of the neighborhood is zoned Single Family Residential, so some say it has a quiet, almost rural feel to it. The neighborhood has several neighborhood parks including Sacajawea Park, Khunamokwst Park, and Whitaker Ponds Natural Area. Cully a part of the Central Northeast Neighborhoods Coalition.
