Mill Park neighborhood is located in Southeast Portland in the Willamette River and Johnson Creek watersheds. The neighborhood is a mix of commercial and residential, with retail districts along SE Stark St. at the northern end of the neighborhood, centered around the Mall 205 shopping center. Notable features include several parks: Mill Park, Midland Park, and Floyd Light Park; and the East Portland Community Center. Mill Park is a part of the East Portland Neighborhood Office Coalition.
